Updates to the new version will include:
01. 2010 version is now compatible with 64-bit operating systems
02. In the USL Documenter Wizard, the form type “Appraisal Institute” has been changed to “General Purpose”
03. A “Help” button has been added to open the “Quick-Start Guide” from within the program
04. USL now addresses the following questions:
“Do you have any current or prospective interest in the subject property or parties involved?”
“Have you performed any services regarding the subject property within the three year period immediately preceding acceptance of the assignment, as an appraiser or in any other capacity?”
05. Built-in Spellcheck feature

The USL Documenter program is currently being upgraded to conform with the 2010-2011 USPAP. It will be available in December.  Current users will recieve a discount code by email. The size of the discount will depend on your date of purchase.
Coming Soon: The Millennium project This is an appraisal product that uses the Regression Plus program to estimate a value. It can be done in cunjunction with desktop, curb-side, or interior data gathering method. It ties into the USL Documenter to produce a USPAP compliant appraisal. Appraisers may use this as an additional appraisal product in your appraisal practice. The National Valuation Service an appraiser owned AMC will be offering this product in all 50 states for their clients.  Contact richard.frank@nvs.coop if you are interested in partisipating with them.
I will be offering a neat seminar on Regression in January. It is a case studies course that will illustrate the stregths & weaknessess of regression analysis. I am not sure if it will be classroom or on-line.
