Total Solution 1004mc 5 This version counts the listings based on the number at the end of each period. This is now a free download and only comes in a ‘.xlt’ format. Do not convert this file to 2007 or 2010 file formats. It is OK for the working file to be a ‘.xls’. Use at your own risk.
This application is easy to use, but difficult to set up unless you are good with computers and have a basic knowledge of Excel. We do not offer set up support for a free product, but we will be glad to answer questions from your computer support person.

We have lowered the price of the USL Report Documenter from $129.00 to $99.00. We are very cost contious because of the low fees most appraisers have had to contend with the past few years.
An updated Total Solution has been posted on the ‘Downloads’ page. This meets the recent FANNIE MAE required changes.  This most recent Fannie requirement is better than using the cumulative listing count, but statistically has some issues.  One sample from each period for the number of listings may produce unreliable results.  The Total Solution for the 1004mc form is now a FREE download. Â
We completed the webinar project (view them above). The audio was too low on the first one and we had to re-record it. We sent out the ‘reminder/notification’ too late on both of them. In the end I think we accomplished or goals and want to thank you guys for being involved in the process of integrating regressin into your everyday work. Â
The FUSION, a low end USPAP compliant appraisal and report will be posted on the site by Friday, Sepember 3rd.  It is free, but it utilizes updated verions of the Regression+ (V 1.1.0.15) and the USL Documenter (v 3.0.0.4) for it to run. Click on ‘Help’ then ‘About’ to see what your current version is. If you purchased either of these products in the past year the updates are free, just email me requesting it. If you purchased over a year ago the update will only be $25.00 plus S&H.
Seminar: We will be offering a 2 day regression seminar (2 hour test optional) in Nashville in September. This first offering will be discounted to $200.00 because we do not have state approval yet. It is limited to 24 students. We are also offering it in Chicago and San Antonio this year (see details in the ‘Seminar’ section). These are all available for booking now.
